Objectivity
The closing of Fitzsimons Army Hospital enabled the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority [FRA] to transform the site into a massive health sciences campus.

Innovation
Transum created the name, Colorado Bioscience Park-Aurora, and selected Timothy Lange, president of ThinAir Creative, to develop a comprehensive corporate identity and graphic master plan.

Results
Transum's naming solution was an early benchmark in the consensus building process within the campus's decision making body, and the name has become well recognized throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
